Gentlemen: Thanks for making your plans to join us for the exciting 2004 Stefanides Invitational in Myrtle Beach, SC. We have 44 confirmed golfers for the 2004 Invitational and I have booked the hotel and confirmed the courses and tee times.

Here are the final plans: Wendsday February 25th through February 29

Bring your swim suit and exercise equipments... the hotel has a steam room, sauna, indoor pool and for thos wising to imbibe....a local pub. We plan to runa billards (pool) tourney beginning on Wendsday evening so brind your cue if you have one. If not...just bring your money and we will help you spend it!

Golf Courses:

With 11 tee times...and the courses double teing...we have limited times available between 7:00AM and 9:20AM for our group tee times. Most of our days begin around 8:00AM and we tee off until 9:20AM...except on Sunday the 29th we start at 7:00AM.

Fees: 4 nights lodgin, 4 rounds of golf, 4 all you can eat breadfasts, 4 cart fees....... $320...less your deposit due at check in at the hotel. Note: All of the courses ar premium courses this year with surcharges and we still reduced the package rate by $12 over last year's price. Shopping around helps!

Other Tournament Fees:

$10.00....Tournament Fee to Jimmy Sulivan (Prized for the five top point scorers, team best two ball, Captain's choice team and low scorer)

$5.00....Closest to pin, longest drive, longest putt daily to Ryan Stefanides (6 prizes daily...4 closest to pin, long drive on a selected hole in the fairway and longest putt on #18)

$20.00....Seafare Seafood Meal...to Aron StefanidesOptional A great feast including crab legs

Please let me know your travel arrangements so I can arrange for airport pick-ups. Also, some of us practice on Wendsday around noon. If you are interested in joining the group, please let me know so that I can make tee times for you to join us. We have lots of local driver for those of you flying into the beach.
